After fleeing a deadly crime, a battered woman is investigated by the police and must choose who to sacrifice. Originally Produced for the 100 Hour Film Race. Conviction B is the sixth film in the Slam Initiative by DSME... and the first to be released.

After a two year break from public releases, DSME endured many changes in direction. Life itself stopped being so funny, or maybe it became more funny. Either way, we've shifted to increasingly depressing dramas, but still thriving off some of the old nichés of the past 10 years. Maybe "thrive" is a strong word. After taking 100 hours to write, shoot, and edit a rough cut of the film... it would take over two months to edit the film into a final cut. 95% of this production's life was spent being fixed in post. Conviction B is more than just a return and a change in style, it's the seed of DSME becoming a studio force. This is the first film from DSME in which Dulvlu Spa was not involved in the making of... only the editing. The writing, directing, acting, and cinematography all did not involve a guy that has done all four for the majority of DSME content. It was predictably different, but also a production that became a petri dish for a new culture in the movie group. {Additional Credits} Poster by Dulvlu Spa Fonts: Optimus Princeps and Cafeta
